Katrina mentioned in her last post that I was away for a photo educator’s conference in Barrie Ontario. Being away from my very quickly changing little girl did many things to me.
Being away from Ella and not being able to get a cuddle in each day reminded me of what I have. It reminded me that I am very lucky to have Katrina in my life. It reminded me that if I have the opportunity to choose between two things, hanging out with my family is always the better option, no matter how absolutely amazing the other option is. It reminded me that we often think that the grass is greener on the other side, but you just have to look where you are and experience where you are to know that it’s not.
It also reminded me that I need to get home so I can spend time with my family.
