We started Ella in swimming lessons a month ago and yesterday was her last class. I couldn’t be prouder of how much she improved over the 10 classes. She went from not being willing to put her head under water to being able to blow bubbles with her head under water for 5 seconds. She learned to do front and back floats, how to kick, but mostly how to have fun while doing it. With all the struggles she’s had with movements, it was wonderful to see her progress so quickly.
My happy little swimmer before class…
Her instructor, Jeff, was amazing. He was so patient and kind to all the kids in his class and seemed to really care how they did. With the move, I’m sad that we won’t be able to continue at this pool, but I look forward to seeing Ella continue to excel when we start her up again in January.
