Last night, Eric and I had an impromptu evening to ourselves. We’d left Ella with my parents so that we could run out to a toy store and when we came back at 7:30 to pick her up… she decided that she was quite happy to stay with grandma and papa. Her first sleepover and we spent the night shopping! (I know, we lead exciting lives)
Anyway, the reason I’m so excited, is that we’d gone to the fabric store in search of material to make Ella’s Christmas present. Not only did we find what we were looking for, we also found a great deal on some amazing fabric. It looks like sheepskin and is SUPER soft. It’s a perfect piece of fabric to photograph babies on and I can’t wait to try it out!! In fact, the first person who calls to book a baby session (6 months or younger is best) will receive a second session for free (we could do one year portraits). We’re available for sessions throughout the Lower Mainland or on Vancouver Island.
And because I didn’t have a baby to photograph on it… I photographed one of Ella’s bears! Cheesy I know, but I simply had to do something with it!!
