Thanksgiving Whistler Family Portraits

It’s a bit odd to be writing this post… as I didn’t actually attend the session. For the first time in my 18 years of business, I didn’t go. Ella woke up feeling miserable that morning and all she wanted was her mommy. Since our amazing clients were okay with Eric coming in my place, Ella got her wish to have cuddles with me for the day!

This session was a bit different for us as well, as the family was all in Whistler to celebrate Thanksgiving, so they wanted to do something up there. Eric found a great spot by a river that had gorgeous fall colours, so he was set.

First up was the whole family. Love the colours they chose to wear, it worked so well with the surroundings!

A special portrait of three generations.

One of the family groupings!

Eric was happy to report, that the rains held off until they were just finishing up the last of the images 🙂 Tavis and Veronica, thank you for having us come up to capture these images for you and for your understanding with the last minute change of photographers. We’re grateful for your trust and we hope you enjoy the images for a long time to come!

Happy Friday!
